This week we went to tha Gaylord Texan courtesy of Judy and Russ who got us in for free , Woot. Just a few of the pics I took. Every thing was made of Ice. It was realy cool, (pun intended) And yes there is colored ice in what you see. Hope you all have a great Thanksgiving :)

Western Flying

These last two weeks have been me going west bound to Honolulu, Its been really hard work but someone has to do it, RIGHT EVERYONE ? :) I decided to go to church today so i did the research on the net and found the the Makiki Ward. Its about 3 miles from where i stay but i was able to take the bus there. This is the pic off of there web site. Sry Kristen i didn't take the pic as it was raining. The meeting was really good with the topic of (We may not know it all but we know enough, as in doing what we know is right)and(Faith is not a feeling but a Decision)A view out the hotel window of Diamond head. As you can see the clouds were right on top the mountains today with rain.

This was a pic of Payson AZ (The place i was born and and my folks still live)as we flew westbound taken just north of town. I cant control the blue in the pic becouse of the glass im taking the pic through, any thoughts on getting rid of that anyone ?

Southern Flying

This Weeks trip took me deep south to Buenos Aires Argentina......
see map below :) About 5000 miles

.... This is sunrise over the Amazon Jungle on the way south.

There are very few lights to see but just a vast darkness

other than the fires from the slash and burn that happens there.

As per my normal routine I took a pic of my room there to let

you get a fill for what it is like. There pretty good by most

standards I see in Europe and around the world.

This is a pic out my room window. As you can see the old

architecture is still there. The old building you see is an

old church tipical of the area. The standard thing there is everyone is late everywhere, if you have a party to go to and it starts at 8pm no one shows up untill 9pm. What I see in most of the places I go are people just trying to live life the best they can and be happy with what they have and who they are. Perhaps we need to do the same and just be thankful we live in a place where we are blessed to have more comforts than anyplace on Earth that i've been too.

I need one of these :)

I saw Iron Man this last week on the plane and I've decided I need one of those suits. I liked the movie :)

Very Busy last 2 weeks

I've been very busy lately so I'll give you my latest travel log :)

I started out by doing a 3 day Anchorage Alaska trip then home to Texas for the night. Then off to San Juan PR and Miami on a 2 day trip. After resting up for a few days I was off to see the other side of the world on a 6 day trip. I hadn't been to London for like 10 years so it was interesting to go back again and see it. The weather was awesome and I got a few shots of us playing with the big boys in there sand box :) (London's Heathrow Airport). Then off to Raleigh Durham, then back to London, then home. 6 day trips are way to long. :) This Pic was a scaled down version of the Airbus A380 at the entrance to the airport

This Weeks Travels

This week I was able to play tag with Gustav (Hurricane Gustav) and ended up in Cancun Mex. Here are a few pics of what little beach was there.

Life is Rough but someone has to do it. :)

This weeks trip took me to St. Thomas in the Caribbean, first pic is from the hotel room. The camera lens was trying to fog do to the humidity but the weather was nice. This pic for Brant on the center line.

Nancy had her crown put on her tooth today and it went well other than a shot to a nerve. I'm starting vacation this week so we will see what Ill have to post later.

This Weeks Trip

Started the trip by Spying on my kids from 34000ft just north of Provo. then continued northwest bound up across Washington State. The weather was awesome and got this shot of Mount Rainier(tallest mountain in the lower 48)














Passing just north of Portage Glacier at around 25000ft with the 10x zoom running, um who's flying the plane again ? Oh well. On with the trip. I thought of taking the train while I was there but it just didn't seem worth it as the track was so short. :)






And For those of you who are food connoisseurs here's dinner coming home Yum Yum. I did have 2 bites before the pic. Ham and Cheese sandwich chocolate chip cookies and cheese and crackers.

OK this is for K & A and they know who they are. These are my new shoes, don't they look great ! first pair reg price second pair half off. They make my feet look big, But Wait they are big, oh well :)

Giving it a try

Well I was going to wait for a camera but that hasn't happened yet so here I am just writing.
